Mary Jane Madden U.S. Fulbright Scholar to Turkey Being part of Fulbright has built lasting bridges in healthcare administration and leadership between Hacettepe University in Ankara, Turkey and Nursing administrators and educators in the USA. My role as a 2002-2003 Fulbright Scholar, followed by 2003 Senior Specialist, has drawn me to return to Turkey at least annually, and to bring colleagues along, to participate in Turkish conferences and to submit joint publications. The Turkish faculty value new active learning methods and have adapted and developed our joint work. I, on the other hand, know enough Turkish to be an "intelligent" shopper and a strong ambassador for Fulbright and Turkey. Elizabeth Lunstrum U.S. Fulbright Student to Mozambique The Fulbright grant experience has made a profound difference in my research. In 2004-2005, I spent 10 months in Mozambique where I conducted research on the Limpopo National Park, part of the tri-country Great Limpopo Transfrontier Park...I hope that my research will contribute to our understanding of the history of human displacement in the region near the park and how this history contributes to present relations between people and the park.
