Fulbright Program Opportunities in the U.S. for Vietnamese
About twenty grants are available annually for Vietnamese students to pursue Master's and Ph.D. degrees in the U.S. Post-doctoral research opportunities are also offered to a small number of Vietnamese scholars.

Fulbright Program Opportunities in Vietnam for Americans
Grants to Vietnam for U.S. citizens are offered in the student and scholar categories. About seven awards are available for students to carry out either independent or Ph.D. dissertation research projects. Approximately seven lecturer/research grants and up to five Fulbright Specialist grants are generally offered for U.S. faculty and professionals.
