American Students The Fulbright U.S. Student Program is administered by the Institute of International Education (IIE). In Vietnam, Fulbright U.S. students are supported by the Public Affairs Section of the U.S. Embassy in Hanoi. Fulbright U.S. Student Program
The Fulbright U.S. Student Program offers fellowships for U.S. graduating college seniors, graduate students, young professionals, and artists to study abroad for one academic year.
