Fulbright Program Opportunities in the U.S. for Citizens of Ukraine
Grants are available for Ukrainian graduate students to combine study and independent research in a variety of ways: to earn a Master’s degree, to take advanced courses, to re-qualify in a different area or to broaden an academic perspective, or to practice teaching through an assistantship in a university. The Fulbright Junior Faculty Program is aimed at faculty and scholars under the age of 35 who are either teaching at institutions of higher learning or are affiliated with academic or cultural institutions, including libraries and museums. The Fulbright Visiting
Scholar Program provides Ukrainian scholars with educational exchange experiences which are valuable not only to the scholars themselves, but to their home institutions – faculty and students – as well.

Fulbright Program Opportunities in Ukraine for Americans
The Fulbright U.S. Student Program awards grants to American graduate students who hold a Master's or a Bachelor's degree. Academically talented graduating seniors may also apply before having the degree in hand. Grants to American scholars enable Ukrainian institutions of higher education to invite American scholars to hold temporary lecturing or lecturing/research positions; American scholar grantees play a crucial role in strengthening higher education in Ukraine. Scholar grants are awarded for periods up to a full academic year.
