Fulbright Program Opportunities in the U.S. for Brazilians
The Fulbright Program offers opportunities for degree programs, scholarly research and lecturing in the U.S. for qualified graduate students and faculty members. Most grants are offered in conjunction with Brazilian partners, in particular CAPES, which cost-shares up to 75 grants per year for Ph.D. study and up to 10 for lecturers and researchers.

Fulbright Program Opportunities in Brazil for Americans
Grants to Brazil for U.S. citizens are offered in the student, scholar and teacher categories. Up to 15 full-year awards are available for students to carry out research projects, either independent or Ph.D. dissertation research, with an additional five for English Teaching Assistants. Up to 12 Lecturer/research grants and up to 10 Specialist grants are available for U.S. faculty and professionals with support from Brazilian cost-share partners.
