Program Administration
The Fulbright U.S. Scholar Program is administered by the Council for International Exchange of Scholars (CIES).  While abroad, Fulbright U.S. scholars are supported by Fulbright Commissions and/or U.S. Embassies.

The Fulbright Foreign Scholar Program is administered by the Fulbright Commission or U.S. Embassy in each country.
